Order

At Bardeau we like to keep things simple.

  1. Select your size and add the item to your shopping cart.

  2. Complete the steps in the checkout.

  3. Complete your order – that's it.

Pay

At Bardeau you pay safely and quickly using the payment methods you already know.
All prices are in euros and include VAT .

You can pay with:

  • iDEAL
    Pay directly via your own banking environment.

  • Credit card
    Your payment will be processed securely through our payment provider. The amount will be debited from your account later.

  • PayPal
    Pay via your PayPal account without entering your card details.

  • Klarna (pay later)
    First receive, then pay. You'll receive a payment overview directly from Klarna.

Depending on your country, additional payment options may appear during checkout. You'll always see which methods are available to you at checkout.


Returns

Not quite what you expected? It happens.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

How returns work

  1. Register your return
    Send an email to info@bardeau.store with your name, order number, and which items you wish to return.

  2. Pack your items carefully

    • In the original packaging

    • With all labels still attached

  3. Return your package
    Send your return using a carrier of your choice.
    Important: always keep your shipping receipt and Track & Trace code.

  4. We are processing your return
    Once we have received and checked your return, we will process it within 7 days .


Return Policy

  • You have a 30-day reflection period from the day you received your order.

  • Articles must:

    • be unworn and unwashed;

    • are in the original packaging;

    • provided with all attached labels.

Non-returnable:

  • Personalized items or custom work

  • Hygiene products (e.g. certain categories that we designate as hygiene articles) once the packaging/opening has been broken

If a product shows obvious signs of wear or is damaged, Bardeau may charge a depreciation fee or, unfortunately, refuse the return. In that case, we will always contact you.


Return costs

Return costs are for the customer .
You choose which carrier you use to return your package and at what rate.

Any original shipping costs for the outward journey will be refunded if you return the entire order (as required by law).


Swap

At this time we are not offering 1-for-1 exchanges.

Do you want a different size or a different item?

  1. Please return the item following the steps above.

  2. Please place a new order with the correct size/color.

This way, your new favorite item won't remain sold out unnecessarily for too long.

Was a defective or incorrect item delivered?
Send us an email at info@bardeau.store With your order number and clear photos, we'll work together to find a suitable solution.


Refund

Once your return has been received and checked by us:

  • we will process your return within 7 days ;

  • We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used (unless otherwise agreed with you).

You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.


Pay later with Klarna

If you have chosen Klarna :

  • You still have a 30-day reflection period at Bardeau.

  • If you return (part of) your order, your invoice with Klarna will be adjusted.

  • Have you already paid Klarna? Klarna will refund the amount to you once we've processed your return.

Please note: If you consciously choose store credit or a gift card instead of a refund for a promotion or arrangement, the payment to Klarna will remain. In that case, you will receive your amount as credit from us, not a refund from Klarna.
